Process of making a Clear and Purple Heat spinner with glass jewels. This will be my third spinner that I am making. This glass and pattern is from Diamond Rock Glass.
- Clear Glass – A nice clear ripple effect glass. This is the first time that I used my new breakers….could not believe I could break glass as shown. Wonder what took me so long to get a pair of those.
- Purple Glass – A light purple glass with a wavy/hammered effect
- Glass Jewels – Six jewels that will join the heart pieces in the center where the curves meet.
- Assembled Heart Spinner – The spinner is almost done. It has been washed and patina-ed black. Tomorrow I will add a picture of the final piece when it is all waxed.
- Heart Spinner – The completed piece. Black patina and polished with some carnauba wax.
